Physical Therapist

Ryan Reyna was born in McAllen, Texas and graduated from La Joya High School in 2007. While working for a home health agency, Ryan walked into a physical therapy clinic and was instantly intrigued by the profession.  He went on to get his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Southwestern Adventist University in Fort Worth Area and then his Entry Level Doctorate Degree from University of St. Augustine in Austin Texas. After graduating and passing the license exam, Ryan came back home to the Rio Grande Valley and joined the team at Cornerstone Orthopedic Institute. He enjoys treating patients in the hospital post-surgery and also enjoys helping patients get back to their full prior level of function in the clinic. Hobbies that Ryan enjoys are hiking, exercising, traveling, and playing basketball. Patients should be aware that Ryan is a lowly Philadelphia Eagles fan. Cowboys fans, let’s direct that anger towards our rehabilitation goals and show Ryan how it’s done!
